Is Vegas Now Legit? Licence, Terms and the Official Site

OFFICIAL VEGAS NOW

Check our licence for yourself

Our Curaçao licence OGL/2024/164/0246 is on the public regulator register. Compare it with the site you are on before you deposit.

Vegas Now is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246, and the question “is Vegas Now legit?” is one we would rather you answer from evidence than from our say-so. This page shows you how to check that licence on the regulator’s own register, who stands behind the site, what our published terms commit us to on verification, payments, withdrawals and bonuses, and how to tell the official Vegas Now site from pages that borrow our name and then send visitors somewhere else.

The Vegas Now licence and the company behind it

Everything on this page starts from two facts you can check without taking our word for anything: the company that holds the licence, and the licence number itself. Just Entertainment B.V. is the licence holder, the Curaçao Gaming Authority is the regulator, and OGL/2024/164/0246 is the number under which Vegas Now operates. A lookalike page can copy our colours and our offer wording, but it cannot change what the regulator’s register says about that number.

The register entry is the primary source. Our own licensing page explains the licence in more detail, but when a casino page and a regulator’s register disagree, the register wins. The table below gathers the published details you will want at hand while you check.

How to verify the licence on the regulator’s register

The check takes a few minutes and does not need an account. Do it before your first deposit, and do it again if you ever arrive at a page carrying the Vegas Now name from an advert, a message or a search result you did not expect.

  1. Open the Curaçao Gaming Authority validation entry for licence OGL/2024/164/0246. The address is listed under Sources at the end of this page. Do not rely on a seal image alone: an image can be copied onto any page, while the register entry behind it cannot.
  2. Compare the licence number shown on the register with OGL/2024/164/0246, character for character. A number that is one digit out is a different licence.
  3. Compare the licensee name with Just Entertainment B.V. The register entry identifies the licensee, and that is the line a copycat finds hardest to fake.
  4. Confirm the entry is current rather than suspended or expired. The register, not the casino, is the authority on that status.
  5. Return to the page you are checking and look for the same company name and the same licence number. If the page shows a different number, no number at all, or a number that leads to a different company on the register, you are not on Vegas Now, whatever the logo says.

Be clear about what a licence does and does not tell you. It tells you that a regulator has issued a licence to a named company, and that the company’s published terms are the ones it can be held to. It does not mean a game will pay, that a bonus balance is cash, or that a withdrawal can skip verification. Those questions are answered by the terms, which is why the rest of this page goes through them.

Verification, and why payments must be in your name

Registration asks for your account details, your country, your currency and your date of birth. Verification is a separate step: it can be requested later, and before a first withdrawal is the usual point. Being asked for documents at that stage is not a sign that something has gone wrong; it is the process our terms describe, and the registration page sets out what to have ready.

Two rules in our general terms (version 2.3, dated 20 January 2024) matter most for anyone weighing up whether a casino is straight with its players. First, payment methods must be in the account holder’s name. Second, deposits must be wagered three times before the related funds can be withdrawn; a withdrawal request that skips that step can be refused or carry a processing fee.

Both rules exist to protect the person who owns the account. A method in your own name means money leaves Vegas Now only towards you, and withdrawals return to the deposit method where that is possible. The three-times rule stops an account being used as a transfer service rather than a place to play. If you are asked for an identity document, a photo of a card in your name or proof of address, that request comes from the same terms you can read before you sign up.

Deposits and withdrawals: what our published tables say

A legitimate casino publishes its limits before you deposit. Ours are in the AU payment and withdrawal tables; the ranges below are reproduced from them in Australian dollars, with full detail on the payments page and the withdrawals page.

Method Deposit range (AUD) Withdrawal range (AUD)
Credit card 30 to 10,000 Not listed in the AU withdrawal table
MiFinity 30 to 4,000 30 to 4,000
Cashtocode 25 to 400 (the table’s introduction says 30) Not listed in the AU withdrawal table
Inpay, PayAnyBank, wire transfer Not listed in the AU deposit table 300 to 6,000
Bitcoin Minimum 0.0001 BTC, no maximum 0.0002 to 0.12 BTC
USDT Minimum 5 USDT, no maximum 20 to 4,000 USDT

Read the labels honestly. Every row in our tables is marked “Free” and “Instant”; those are labels, not guarantees. We cover our own deposit costs, but a payment provider may add fees of its own, and provider fees on withdrawals are borne by the customer. We do not quote a measured payout time anywhere on this page, and you should be wary of any page that quotes one on our behalf.

Withdrawals are requested from My Account once verification is complete. Limits depend on the method, large amounts may be paid in instalments, and the terms set daily, weekly and monthly caps on the account. PayID, POLi and Neosurf do not appear in our AU deposit table; a page that advertises them as Vegas Now deposit methods is describing something other than our site.

Bonus rules that are published before you claim

Our welcome package is worth up to $8,000 in deposit matches plus 500 free spins, spread across four deposits: 150% up to $1,500 with 200 spins on the first, 100% up to $2,000 with 50 spins on the second (code VEGAS2), 50% up to $2,000 with 50 spins on the third (VEGAS3) and 25% up to $2,500 with 200 spins on the fourth (VEGAS4). The welcome bonus page works through every stage with the arithmetic.

What makes an offer trustworthy is not the headline but the conditions printed next to it. Ours are: a $20-or-equivalent minimum deposit per offer, with payment-method minimums also applying; wagering of 40 times the bonus amount and 40 times any free-spin winnings; one-times deposit wagering before the free-spin part is released; seven days to complete the wagering; a maximum bet of AUD 8 while a bonus is active; one active bonus at a time; a $5,000-or-equivalent cash-out cap per deposit-bonus offer; a $300-or-equivalent cap on welcome free-spin winnings; and casino and live-casino use only, so the funds cannot be placed on sports. Any bonus can be declined.

The arithmetic is deliberately plain. A $100 first deposit attracts a $150 bonus, and 40 times $150 is $6,000 of qualifying wagering within seven days. If a page using our name promises a bonus with no multiplier, or a multiplier other than 40 times, it is not quoting our terms.

Responsible gambling tools in your Vegas Now account

You must be 18 or over to hold an account. Inside the account you can set deposit limits and apply self-exclusion, and we would rather you used those tools early than late. If gambling is causing you or someone close to you harm, Gambling Help Online offers free, confidential support around the clock on 1800 858 858, and GambleAware NSW is another place to start. Our responsible gambling page explains the tools step by step.

A site that hides its responsible gambling tools, or that pushes a bonus at you while you are trying to set a limit, is telling you something about itself. Ours are part of the account, not an afterthought.

Recognising the official Vegas Now site

Some pages use the Vegas Now name, our stage structure or screenshots of our lobby, and then route the visitor to a different casino when a button is pressed. We do not run those pages, we do not honour the offers printed on them, and a deposit made through one of them is not a deposit with us. The signs below are the ones that give such a page away.

What you see What it tells you
A “Play now” or “Claim bonus” button opens a site carrying a different casino’s name or logo You have been redirected. Our buttons lead to our own registration and sign-in screens, which carry the Vegas Now name throughout.
A welcome offer that does not match up to $8,000 plus 500 free spins over four deposits, with the stage amounts and codes above It is not our welcome package. A single large first-deposit percentage, a different spin count or a different set of codes describes a different casino.
No licence number, a number other than OGL/2024/164/0246, or a company other than Just Entertainment B.V. Either the page is not ours or it is not showing the licence it claims. Check the register, not the page.
A “no deposit” bonus or an exclusive no-deposit code presented as a Vegas Now offer We have no confirmed no-deposit bonus. Codes of that kind published elsewhere are unverified; our no-deposit bonus page records the current position.
A link to download a Vegas Now app from an app store or as an APK file We run in the browser and can be saved to your Home Screen; there is no verified store app. See the mobile page.
PayID, POLi or Neosurf listed as Vegas Now deposit options They are not in our AU deposit table.
A support address other than support@vegasnow.com The page is not describing our customer care.

The deposit-stage codes are a useful tell. Ours are VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 for the second, third and fourth deposits, and the first deposit needs no code. A page that invents a first-deposit code, or a “secret” code for a bigger match, is not quoting Vegas Now.

If you realise mid-way that you have been redirected, stop before depositing. Close the page, type our address yourself, and sign in or register from our own screens. If you have already deposited through another brand, your money is with that brand and not with us; you will need to take it up with them, and our support team will not be able to see the transaction.

A five-minute check before you deposit

  1. Confirm the licence: the register entry for OGL/2024/164/0246 names Just Entertainment B.V. and is current.
  2. Confirm the offer: four deposit stages, up to $8,000 plus 500 free spins, codes VEGAS2 to VEGAS4, 40 times wagering, seven days, AUD 8 maximum bet.
  3. Confirm the money rules: your own payment method, three-times deposit wagering before related funds are withdrawn, verification before a first withdrawal.
  4. Confirm the limits: card deposits AUD 30 to 10,000, bank withdrawals AUD 300 to 6,000, MiFinity AUD 30 to 4,000 each way.
  5. Confirm the exit: deposit limits and self-exclusion in the account, Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858.
  6. If any one of those fails, do not deposit. Ask our support team at support@vegasnow.com before you do anything else.

Those six steps cover every claim on this page, and each one can be checked against a published document. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it is the standard you should hold any site using our name to.

Is Vegas Now legit: questions and answers

Is Vegas Now licensed?

Yes. Vegas Now is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246. The licence can be checked on the regulator’s register using the steps on this page.

Why have I been asked for identity documents before my first withdrawal?

Because our terms separate registration from verification, and verification can be requested later, with a first withdrawal being the usual point. The request is part of the published process, not a sign of a problem with your account.

Can I deposit with someone else’s card and withdraw to my own account?

No. Our general terms require payment methods to be in the account holder’s name, and withdrawals return to the deposit method where that is possible. Use a method that is yours from the first deposit.

Does Vegas Now offer a no-deposit bonus?

No no-deposit bonus is confirmed. Our welcome package attaches its spins to deposits, and “no deposit” codes published on other sites are unverified.

Is there a Vegas Now app in the App Store or on Google Play?

No verified store app exists. Vegas Now runs in your mobile browser and can be saved to your Home Screen from Safari or Chrome, which gives it an icon and a full-screen view.

A page with the Vegas Now name sent me to a different casino. What should I do?

Do not deposit there. Close the page, come to our site directly and register or sign in from our own screens. If you have already paid money to the other brand, the transaction sits with them, and you will need to contact their customer care.

Why are deposits marked “Instant” if you do not guarantee a time?

“Free” and “Instant” are the labels on our payment tables. They describe how the methods are set up, not a promise about a particular transaction, and provider fees or checks can still apply.
